I think he just loves being pregnant. So much so, he did it as a guy too, once. xP

That's kinda sweet in a weird way. Instead of being like most guys who slam-bang chicks and don't care for the kids. Loki seems like he loves kids and likes being pregnant, or he wouldn't keep doing it to give birth himself. And he must loves guys like alot and that's the only way he'll have kids being with dudes.XD

well aside from the time that he got impregnated by eating a heart, or with a horse, yeah. Can't imagine what it would be like to be his girlfriend, though. Poor Sigyn.
