I think Thor knows he's beat here. It's not like he can really talk Loki's bride's maid dress. Everyone probably already assumed Loki was dressing in drag before all of this!!

Either that or Loki already burned all evidence of his dress. So yup, it's now time to beat the snot out of him... if Thor can catch him of course.
